Captiva Sands is part of the premier community of Eagles Landing in Rehoboth Beach. Our homes are located close to the boardwalk, beach, shopping, restaurants and exciting leisure attractions.

The Captiva Sands community is made up of 86 residential townhouses and condos uniquely suited for vacation or year round living.

Our association strives to maintain a high quality of living like no other community so close to the beach. Captiva Sands belongs to the Eagles Landing Recreation Association, and shares the pools, tennis courts and club house with other owners in our community.
