Bicycles:
If you own a bicycle, you will need to register it with Legum & Norman. It is important to register your bicycle(s) since the bicycle racks are inventoried periodically. All bicycles without a Captiva Sands sticker are subject to removal.
Passes for Pool & Tennis:
Call Signature Property Management at: (302) 260-9595. Passes are $25 each. Limit - 4 per unit.

Insurance/Architectural Info:
- Insurance – Associations are required to have certain types of insurance for common areas and for protection of the corporation. In addition, owners are required to have proper insurance on their property. If you receive a request from your mortgage company for proof of Condo Association Insurance, contact The Insurance Market: 302-227-4726.
- Architectural Review – Units owners are required to submit a request for any structural addition, alteration or improvement in or to his Unit without the prior written consent of the Captiva Sands Board of Directors.
- Submit a Written Request – submit a written request along with any required documentation to the management company.
- ARB Review – the board of directors has 60 days to review the request. You will be contacted if there are any questions or concerns regarding the project.
- Approval or Rejection – owners will receive written notification of approval or rejection of the project. If the owner has any questions, they may contact the management company. Owners are also responsible in adhering to local permit requirements.
